The new Canada Life – previously London Life – recognizes the issues facing Canadians, and the communities where they live, can be complex, and often connected to each other. So, their approach looks at all the ways they can support communities to help them reach their potential, every day. Through their Stronger Communities Together™ program, they’re addressing key issues in the community, at the national, regional and local levels.
The company and its employees are putting this approach into action on Forbes Street with the 2019 Canada Life Build. This summer 100 Canada Life employees rolled up their sleeves to help build a home with Jennifer and her family.
The opportunity to be a homeowner with Habitat means the world to Jennifer. It represents future security for her family and peace of mind, knowing she can meet their needs, and build for their future. They’re so grateful and excited to begin their next chapter.
Thanks to the generous support of Canada Life, the dream of affordable homeownership is now a reality for Jennifer. This is the second project Canada Life has supported on Forbes Street – truly helping build a community in Manor Park.
