Whether your staff have never swung a hammer or are already skilled in the construction field, they can all be part of our Team Day program. As a Team Day sponsor, you help pay for the building materials and the land which greatly helps with the construction costs and directly benefits a Habitat partner family – all while taking part in a rewarding and powerful team-building experience! With a sponsorship of $5,000, up to 10 of your staff join Habitat on our build site for a day. We provide free access to online health and safety training for all participants, lunch and refreshments included. Your company name will be on build site signage, along with recognition on the Habitat website and social media. Funds can be raised in many different ways. Some organizations choose to make a contribution on behalf of its participating individuals or match the amount the individual raises, others encourage employees to seek pledges or organize fundraising events.
